Most people have had acne at some point in their lives. Mostly it occurs in our teenage years and often continues well into our twenties. When the dead skin cells on your skin clog up with excess oil from the sebum production, inflammation easily occurs with the additional pro inflammation hormones found in your body

The toxic level in your body can also cause acne to occur. When your liver and kidneys are overloaded with work, excess toxins are then purged out of the skin and appear as acne

To cure acne naturally you must firstly look at your diet, cut out fatty foods, this should include milk products, yoghurts red meat and even most processed foods. Try eating a more natural food diet that consists of vegetables and fruits as these foods contain essential nutrients for your body. Wash your skin often with a natural soap and pat dry, change clothing often to avoid external spread.

The only way you can cure acne permanently is by dealing with it as a whole as opposed to parts here and there. You should set out to heal your body within and your body will in turn heal the acne.
