I live in Oklahoma but I used to live in Southern California. If you live coastal and like the water, most likely your acne will go away on its own. The air is salty when you live on the coast and I was a surfer so the salt water kept my skin soft and clear. I had no acne problems 'til I moved back to Oklahoma, then I had to start using Proactiv which is a lifesaver but my skin is still not as smooth and clear as it was when I was in the ocean water all the time.
